Days after, it became one of the most anticipated anime of the fall by MyAnimeList; Chainsaw Man stays true to the anticipation with the latest trailer breaking the internet!
Albeit, the show was breaking the internet even before the official release of the anime trailers. A new trailer for the most-anticipated Chainsaw Man anime features a sneak peek at the supporting cast and has given us a glimpse into the opening theme soundtrack “KICK BACK” by Kenshi Yonezu.
Kenshi has composed music for several anime and Japanese dramas, including “Peace Sign” from My Hero Academia. And the excitement did not stop there; the Chainsaw Man will have 12 ending songs! Yes, you have read that right, 12 ending themes. Fans are in for one helluva treat!
MAPPA has gone all out with the newest trailer of the Chainsaw Man; it hits the perfect sweet spot for every Chainsaw Man fan. The anime looks artistically clean, from the industrial look to bloodshed to the trailer ending with the yelling of Denji; the trailer hits a different note with the fans.
The trailer gives us a glimpse into the opening song, KICK BACK, in the mid-part of the trailer, and it is a perfect blend of instruments and vocals, giving the entire trailer a ‘chaotic’ boost. With Ryu Nakayama serving as the show’s director, Studio MAPPA is animating Chainsaw Man. Nakayama took on the role of episode director, key animation, and storyboard roles in various hit animes, like No Game No Life, Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari, Jujutsu Kaisen 0, and many more.
Character design work is done by Kazutaka Sugiyama, and Kiyotaka Oshiyama does creature design work. Tatsuya Yoshihara, the director and chief director of the series Black Clover, is credited as the action director. The music is composed by Kensuke Ushio. The anime looks to be in a very safe set of hands.
