About Arknights Game

Natural disasters infect people because of a special mineral called originium, which also gives them newfound powers. Most humans don’t accept the infected in regular society. In this dystopian world on planet Terra, the Rhodes Island operators are led by a doctor who suffers from amnesia. The doctor searches for a cure, and the operators are those infected with Oripathy and have profound fighter capabilities. They have to face the rebellious Reunion movement and the oppressive government.

The game was developed via the Unity3D engine and released in May 2019. Although this is a gacha game (most players have to dedicate funds to unlock good characters), one can progress at a decent rate using the characters provided at the very beginning. The grinding isn’t mind-numbing, and one can move forward at their own pace.

With Hypergryph being the developer and publisher in China, Yostar is its worldwide distributor. The game needs tactical manoeuvrers to win quick victories and blindside formidable opponents. It was one of the most popular games in 2020 and has recorded millions of downloads on Google Play.

Fellow couch potatoes, will you be watching the adaptation? Arknights contributed hugely to popularizing the Tower-Defense strategy RPG genre as an android game. Enlighten us with your opinion, and do subscribe for quick updates related to anime!
