Naruto, Boruto, and now Saruto. We know about the first two father-and-son duo thanks to their incredibly globally popular mangas and animes.

But what about the third one? Who is Saruto, and does he have his own anime too? Also, how did he get that rhyming name?

The answer to all of that lies with the Naruto and Boruto fandom.

Saruto isn’t a real anime. It’s not even a real character in the fictional world of the Naruto and Boruto franchise. Fans of the franchise wanted to imagine what Boruto and Sarada’s hypothetical son would look like. So they came up with “Saruto.” He is an intriguing fusion of the Uzumaki, Uchiha, and Hyuga clans.

Explained: What Is Saruto? Is It A Real Name?

Saruto isn’t a real anime. It has not been greenlit, even though TikToks are floating about it.

In fact, it’s not even a real character that exists within the fictional world of Naruto and Boruto. He is a fandom creation. Fans of the franchise came up with a name for Boruto and Sarada’s son, and they stuck on- Saruto.

But why them?

In the ever-expanding world of “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations,” fans are constantly speculating about potential pairings and the potential offspring of their favorite characters.

Saruto Confirmed 👀

While specific pairings may seem evident, such as Boruto ending up with Sarada, it’s important to remember that nothing has been explicitly confirmed. Although, Sasuke telling Boruto to take care of Sarada could be taken as confirmation.

However, when we focus solely on the possibility of Boruto and Sarada since they are two of the central protagonists, their hypothetical child’s future becomes an intriguing topic of discussion.

This is primarily because Masashi Kishimoto’s mythos can help us make some fascinating assumptions about the potential abilities of their child.

The Uzumaki clan is renowned for its massive chakra reserves, while the Uchiha clan consistently produces prodigies with formidable chakra reserves.

Naruto and Sasuke, the descendants of these clans, stand as the most powerful shinobi in the series. Additionally, the Hyuga clan possesses unique chakra manipulation abilities, further expanding the possibilities for their offspring.

Boruto’s mother, Hinata, is the esteemed Byakugan princess known for her exceptional chakra control.

IF boruto and sarada were to be end game… i'm getting the uchiha x hyuuga child i've always wanted pic.twitter.com/7vRuCJgfVu

In contrast, Sarada’s mother, Sakura, ranks as the most potent kunoichi in the series thanks to her extraordinary strength and medical ninjutsu skills.

Combining these two legendary lineages results in an intriguing fusion of the Uzumaki, Uchiha, and Hyuga clans.

Hypothetically, their child, Saruto, would undoubtedly be an exceptional character within the series.

With a blend of Uzumaki, Uchiha, and Hyuga bloodlines, Saruto would likely be nothing short of a perfect shinobi.

His genetic inheritance would encompass massive chakra reserves from his Uzumaki heritage, exceptional chakra control from the Hyuga lineage, and the potential for Sharingan abilities from his Uchiha bloodline.

As per the Naruto Originals Wiki, Saruto possesses all five nature transformations and has inherited his grandmother Sakura’s strength and medical ninjutsu.

Additionally, he can utilize the Flying Raijin technique, much like his great-grandfather Minato.

His arsenal includes the Tenseigan, Mangekyō Sharingan (acquired after Naruto’s passing), Rinnegan, Jogan, and his unique dōjutsu known as Jūbigan, often referred to as “the most exalted eye.”

Furthermore, he boasts a superior Ōtsutsuki mode compared to his father, possesses the Jūbi, and wields the power of Infinite Tsukuyomi.

Remember when the fandom trended Boruto and Sarada fan made child called Saruto

That was a wild time in the fandom honestly kinda miss this era

After training with his grandfather Naruto, he can activate Sage Mode and tap into Kurama’s strength, showcasing remarkable proficiency in taijutsu, genjutsu, ninjutsu, and chakra control.

It’s safe to say that Saruto would inherit genius-level skills and unparalleled abilities from his parents, Boruto and Sarada.

Overall, the offspring of Boruto and Sarada, if it were to become a reality in the world of “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations,” would represent a fusion of some of the most potent and legendary bloodlines in the Naruto universe.

Another series I'm working on. Meet Saruto a child of Boruto and Sarada #BORUTO #naruto #borusara #sarutouzumaki #uzumakiboruto #SarutoNarutotoBorutogenerations#BorutoNarutonextgenerations pic.twitter.com/aGlfuCUOkI

As the series unfolds, fans can only imagine the incredible potential and power Saruto could bring to the story.

What do you think of this fan creation? Do you think the story should continue beyond Boruto and follow his child next?
