Every Star Wars fan knows that Ahsoka Tano’s time within the Jedi Order is a significant aspect of her character development in the “Star Wars” universe. She first appears as Anakin Skywalker’s Padawan in the animated series “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” as she began training under Anakin Skywalker during the Clone Wars.
Her growth marks Ahsoka’s journey within the Jedi Order as a Jedi, her dedication to her duties, and her interactions with fellow Jedi and Clone Troopers.
Although during her time in the Order, Ahsoka proved to be a skilled, resourceful, and courageous member, and her involvement in numerous battles and missions alongside her master, Anakin, was remarkable. But Ahsoka’s faith in the Order was tested during a pivotal moment in her storyline when she left the Jedi Order.
It was when Ahsoka Tano was falsely accused of a bombing at the Jedi Temple and was subsequently acquitted but chose to leave the Order due to her disillusionment with its leadership and its involvement in the Clone Wars. Why & When Did Ahsoka Tano Leave the Jedi Order?
Ahsoka Tano, the character from the Star Wars universe, left the Jedi Order due to a combination of factors that led to her disillusionment with the organization. Her departure is depicted in the animated series “Star Wars: The Clone Wars.”
In the storyline, Ahsoka Tano was falsely accused of a bombing at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. Despite her efforts to prove her innocence, the Jedi Council’s investigation was biased and flawed. Ahsoka felt betrayed by the Order’s lack of trust in her and their rush to judgment.
Additionally, throughout her time as Anakin Skywalker’s Padawan, Ahsoka had become increasingly critical of the Jedi Order’s actions during the Clone Wars. This internal conflict reached a breaking point when she felt that the Jedi Council was willing to sacrifice her principles for the sake of the war effort.

Does Ahsoka Ever Rejoin the Jedi Order?
No. Ahsoka Tano does not officially rejoin the Jedi Order in any canon Star Wars media.
Although she is offered the chance to reinstate herself again as a member of the Jedi order, she refuses to do so as the other members of the council vote in favor of her elimination without hearing her side of the story, leaving her dejected.
In the process, she also loses all trust in the council, never returning, although she later fights the empire.
Following her departure from the Order in “Star Wars: The Clone Wars,” Ahsoka’s character arc takes her on a different path. She remains a central character in various Star Wars stories, but her journey continues independently of the Jedi Order.
For the unversed, Ahsoka’s story continues in “Star Wars Rebels,” where she plays a significant role as a member of the Rebel Alliance. There, she remains committed to fighting against the tyranny of the Galactic Empire, but her approach is different from that of the Jedi Order.
Does Anakin Love Ahsoka?
Anakin Skywalker does have a close and affectionate relationship with his Padawan, Ahsoka Tano; their bond is solid and mentor-like, and any romantic or explicitly romantic love between them is not portrayed or suggested in the canon material.
Their relationship is characterized by camaraderie, mutual respect, and a deep sense of mentorship. Anakin cares deeply for Ahsoka’s well-being and growth as a Jedi, and Ahsoka looks up to Anakin as a mentor and a role model. Their connection is akin to a big brother-little sister dynamic, rooted in the Jedi teachings and shared experiences during the Clone Wars.
