The Kardashians might be controversial figures now, but they, too, were impressionable children once. Being exposed to the media from a young age causes irreparable damage, and it was the same with Kylie and Kendall.
Their young ages made them especially vulnerable to the paparazzi, and in the latest episode of ‘The Kardashians,’ Kylie and Kendall share their horrible experiences.
One photographer was especially skewered for being overzealous over obtaining their nude photographs.
What Is ‘Kylie with Little Dignity’?
Kylie with Little Dignity is the title of an upskirt photo of Kylie Kristen Jenner that was taken by the paparazzi and was published in the Daily Mail.
In the latest episode of The Kardashians, Kylie was reminded of an especially nasty paparazzi. She was 19 when one day, she decided to wear a colorful outfit, and as she was getting in the car, the pap went stomach on the ground, got his camera up Kylie’s skirt, and took a picture.
Kylie was mortified as she felt violated. “I’m stressed out the whole night, the whole next day — like, this photo of my vagina’s going to come out.”
The unscrupulous photo did get published in the tabloid newspaper, Daily Mail. Kylie clarified that in the picture, her underwear could be seen a little bit between her legs, and the caption was ‘Kylie with Little Dignity.’
The caption implied that Kylie had little respect for herself when it was the paparazzi who took a pic without her consent.
After Kylie came out with this incident, everyone went on a spree to check out the image, thus leading to an increased search for ‘Kylie with Little Dignity.’ Thankfully, the image can be found nowhere on the Internet, and I urge you not to look up the image that was taken without her consent when she was just a teen.
Of course, this wasn’t the only incident when the Kardashians felt violated. Both Kylie and Kendall had explained that the paparazzi would say the meanest things to provoke them and get a reaction. According to the duo, they were just around 16 years old at the time.
The paps would ask them if they were “whores” like their sister and would even call them “dirty little sluts.” On other occasions, they would ask if the young Kardashians would eventually have a sex tape like Kim.
Even if you don’t follow the Kardashians or hate them, you have to acknowledge that all the incidents they described were brutal. To be insulted and pursued for indecent pictures is a horrific thing to face, even worse so as a teenager.
In an act of petty revenge, Kendall urged her fans to track down the photographer. “I don’t know, shame on that f****** loser. Where are you now, bro? Seriously, I actually want to know your name.”
All of us know that paparazzi can go to any extent to click a controversial photograph, and there is no law to stop them from doing so. Asking impressionable youngsters when they will get naked, just because they are celebrities, is an inexcusable deed.’
Finally, Kendall added that they grew into decent people despite the constant harassment. What do you think of the whole circumstance?
Should the photographer be tracked down? What about the Daily Mail? Should it take responsibility for publishing the image? Tell us in the comments below.
