This is because Gary gave an interview on Fox News, where he talked about his son’s health complications and musical prowess. After that, netizens attempted to make Mac’s songs like Arctic Circles more famous and tried to get his YouTube channel- @macsinise7489 more subscribers.
On January 5, 2024, American actor Gary Sinise’s son, McCanna Anthony ‘Mac’ Sinise (33), died battling Chordoma, a rare form of bone cancer. This news was shared by Gary himself on February 27, 2024, on Instagram with a statement, “We hope to shine a little bit of light on what has been a difficult time for us as Mac was truly a light for all of us. An incredible inspiration to those who knew and loved him, he faced his battle with grace, courage, and love. Even with one setback after another, he never stopped living and learning, creating, and giving, and loving.”

On December 30, 2023, Raymond Arroyo tweeted that he was sitting down for an interview on Fox News with Gary Sinise and others.
During the chat, Gary revealed that his son Mac or McCanna Anthony Sinise was suffering from medical issues. Also, he gave a shoutout to the songs Mac had composed, like Arctic Circles.
This song and others went viral online as everyone attempted to trend them and get Mac more subscribers on his YouTube channel, @macsinise7489, which only had 721 subscribers at the time of writing.

So, Mac has been trending online because everyone has begun listening to his songs, and many love them, but on February 27th, Gary Sinise shared that Mac Sinise passed away on January 5, 2024 due to Chordoma, a form of bone cancer diagnosed in 2018.
Who Is McCanna Anthony Sinise?
McCanna Anthony Sinise, also known as Mac Sinise, is an American composer, actor, and producer with a notable family background.
Born on November 10, 1990, in Los Angeles, USA, he is the son of renowned actor Gary Sinise and actress Moira Sinise, who have been married for over four decades as of 2022. At the age of 33 in 2023, he falls under the Scorpio zodiac sign.
Mac Sinise has two sisters, Ella Sinise (1992) and Sophie Sinise (born 1988), making up a close-knit family. His paternal grandparents are Robert L. Sinise, a film editor, and Mylles (Alsip) Sinise.
In the world of entertainment, Mac Sinise has made a name for himself.
He is best known for his roles in films like “Misión a Marte” (2000), “Luna & Lars” (2015), and “Impostor” (2001). Notably, he portrayed Young Jim McConnell in ‘Mission to Mars’ and Young Spence in ‘Impostor.’
