Apparently, Joel Estrada, the husband of the daycare’s owner in the video, was being accused of r*ping a 2-year-old child named Ari. The child’s mother can be heard yelling and complaining about the crime that happened at the daycare center. The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services is now looking into the matter.

The video was captioned with a text saying, “So this man r*ped my friend’s little 2yr old daughter in a El Paso daycare. The reason he isn’t behind bars is because they need to do a DNA test but it’s clear that it was Done at that time that the baby was under their care. And not only that but he claims it’s only a “RASH”, But the hospital verified she was r*ped.”

A woman can be heard screaming at the man about the crime that happened with her 2-year-old daughter.

She added, “She was a f**king 2-year-old and she got r*ped here! Okay? On your f**king watch a 2-year-old got r*ped here.” It was also revealed by the TikTok video that the alleged rapist is still working as a regular employee at the daycare.
