On November 20, 2023, during the game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs, an ominous sign was noticed by many fans, which implied terrible news for Swifties.
When the players lined up for offensive snap, three Eagles players lined up, including Jason Kelce at the front, Jalen Hurts in the middle, and D’Andre Swift at the back.
Since the jerseys only consist of the last names, it spelled out “Kelce Hurts Swift,” which implied that Kelce may break up with Taylor Swift. Although it has not been confirmed whether it was intentional or just a coincidence, fans considered it a bad premonition.
This message comes after many speculated that the couple may get engaged in 2024, seeing how they fall head over heels for each other. Thus, it is more of a shock to Swifties than anybody else.
It turns out that even though the picture was real, a minor altercation was made using Photoshop. The Chiefs’ cornerback Kennard Cox was also in the picture, slightly covering the message, so it may not be intentional.

On the other hand, people are also arguing that it can be read in opposite ways: “Swift Hurts Kelce,” backing up their favorite NFL player. Overall, most of the reactions are balanced, as if it was nothing more than a sign to troll their fans.
