Right now, Chainsaw Man is the most trending anime, but something strange has happened to the mangaka of the series. The creator, Tatsuki Fujimoto’s Twitter account, has faced a ban.
All the news regarding Twitter was trending on the internet when Elon Musk took over the social media platform. After Twitter’s Blue update, Musk has faced major criticism for earning money from the users. But fans found out that Tatsuki Fujimoto’s account was banned.
Fujimoto uses his Twitter account in a different persona. He pretends to be his fictitious younger sister named “Koharu Nagayama” and introduces herself as a third-year elementary school student. But this was Fujimoto, who prefers to do roleplay while interacting with fans on Twitter.
He sometimes prefers to come out of his roleplay and clear things about the anime or give remarks. The account gave some unknown details about the plot as well.
However, this short-lived fictitious personality has been short-lived as Twitter has deleted that account. When fans were speculating about this, Chainsaw Man editor shared an update on his Twitter.
Editor Shihei Lin tweeted that he and Fujimoto contacted Twitter to restore the deleted account. It is also confirmed that the account faced the ban “due to age restrictions from the platform.”
After all, Fujimoto’s fictitious sister is underage, around 12 years old. Twitter users require to be at least 13 years of age or older to use the platform.

But surprisingly, Chainsaw Man creator has another account and replied to his editor’s post, “Mr. Lin! My Name is Tatsumi Fujimoto! Believe Please! It’s True!”
That account is true, as the creator just replied in his character’s manner. But the creator also tweeted, “I’m sorry, it’s a temporary account, so I think I’ll delete it when the other one is restored! So I would like to give only information that can be erased here.”

The new Twitter account has 325K followers while we write this piece. But this is not the first time any celebrity to receive a ban, as it happened before with Hatsune Miku’s account. We hope that Fujimoto will return to his fictional sister’s personality very soon. But such cases will rise as Twitter’s policies face massive changes.
