The scandal caught fire after a user named @u/SkyrimSchmyrim shared a screenshot on her Reddit account of the singer and Joanna Cuddle. In that screenshot, it is noticeable that an account with the name Roisin Murphy shared her views over a snippet of a post shared by Joanna Cuddle. The post also contains a caption and a video that possibly triggered this type of reaction from the singer.
In the post, Joanna accused Murphy of making transphobic comments under a post about the ville transphobe Glinner. Joanna quoted Murphyโs comment on Glinner’s post โ You canโt hide from the truth, cause truth is all there isโ.
