If you have been on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube recently, then you are bound to have come across the video of a confused lady on an American Airlines flight. Yes, I’m talking about the same lady who cursed at an invisible stranger after boarding the flight.
The result of this bewildering behavior was a plane full of scared passengers and an equally perplexed staff. While the lady was escorted off the flight by security, the crew on board had to ensure everyone was safe by double-checking everything on the flight, resulting in a massive delay.

American Airlines Incident Explained
A viral video shows a woman aboard an American Airlines flight claiming that one of the passengers “Is not real.” In the clip, the woman seems very distressed and believes that those who remain seated with the unreal person have a death wish.
The video has usage of strong curse words, so I would advise discretion.
After shouting profanities at all the passengers, trying to reason why she was getting off, the woman stormed off the plane, escorted by guards. A fellow passenger even loudly told her “bye” at the end of the video.
As a result, of the unnerving incident, the flight was delayed by three hours as the crew checked every nook and cranny of the plane to deem everything was secure.
The original post of the video is not currently available as American Airlines took it down, but it was already shared and downloaded multiple times by then. In the video’s comment section, people were equally amused and baffled.
Everyone wanted to know who it was that the woman was referring to. Thus an edited video of a man in a green hoodie popped up, and people claimed that this was the passenger the woman was referring to. On closer inspection, it is just an old video that was stitched together.
Another TikToker posted a video claiming they were on the same flight and made eye contact with the green-hooded guy who winked at him, but his eyes winked vertically instead of horizontally.
This confession will surely remind you of a scene from Men in Black when Jay, played by Will Smith, had his first alien encounter with a Cephalopoid, who had a reptilian eye and blinked from one corner of the eye to another instead of up to down.
The TikToker later confessed that it was just a joke and he was never on the plane. Still, the video led to the rise of many conspiracy theorists who believe the unknown man is a reptilian shapeshifter.
What Is a Reptilian Shapeshifter?
Reptilians or reptilian shapeshifters are fantasy creatures that pop up in fictional stories or conspiracy theories. The idea was popularized by David Icke, who claimed that these reptilians control Earth by taking human form and gaining political power to manipulate society.
Likewise, many conspiracy theorists have suggested that it is a Reptilian that the woman spotted shapeshifting, which led to her breakdown and subsequent de-boarding from the flight. Of course, it is just an outlandish theory with no logical basis or evidence.
Considering that the videos about both the green hoodie man and the winking pattern were false information, the reptilian theory can easily be proved wrong and misleading.
As pointed out by a YouTuber, the saddest part about the entire affair was that the crew did not get paid till the doors of a plane closed; thus, the three hours of delay was unpaid work for them.
