Who Are the Olsen Twins and Where Are They Now?
Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen went into acting at a very young age when they were just eleven months old in 1987. These fraternal twins, born in Sherman Oaks, California, quickly attained fame through many other opportunities.
The twins are also the elder sisters of the famous actress Elizabeth Olsen, who is best known for playing Wanda Maximoff in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The twins made their small screen debut with the hit TV series Full House, with both switching places due to the child labor laws where children can’t work more than 20 minutes.
Eventually, they began acting in many other productions and appeared in several TV shows and films, including How The West Was Fun, Two of a King, and So Little Time.
However, their careers didn’t go as everyone hoped they would because they haven’t acted in TV shows since the 2010s. Apparently, the twins started pursuing a different, fashion-related profession in 2004.
They eventually found success in the field and didn’t come back into acting much until they called it quits forever after the 2010s. Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen are currently established Fashion Designers who own brands.
Did the Olsen Twins Do Drugs?
While there were rumors in 2018 that the twins became addicted to Cocaine and several other drugs, none were confirmed. However, Mary-Kate Olsen allegedly went to rehab to not only cure her drug addiction but also her overeating disorder.
The twins, according to many reports, never really got into acting out of their own will or liking and eventually became the targets of several attention seekers over the course of their acting and fashion careers.
From their young acting gigs to teenage and aftermath celebrity status, everything was tread with false rumors and negative comments.
While the twins never really are known to run from these challenges, they face a considerable burden on their shoulders, leading to unexpected results in their lives.
In fact, they were even criticized heavily during the early 2000s when they allegedly formed a smoking habit, which is nothing worth trolling from the sane world’s perspective.
Nevertheless, the twins are far from what they hated as children and are living their lives trying to find happiness in their own right.
