- Once you pass the Lance Estate, you will be able to locate Ngoup Tate, who, after speaking, will try to sell you two Akila City properties.

- Then Mr. Tate will stop you and inform you that he has some work for you since you have prior experience in mining as an ex-Argos Miner.
- Your mission will be to clear six hard stone litters present in the location where Mr. Tate is planning to build affordable houses for poor residents.
- Upon accepting the job, track the location down through the map, and you will find six hard rocks placed there. Take your cutter and blast the rocks until they are completely destroyed, and you’ll complete the mission.
