Assuming that the outfit is limited, Fortnite would definitely not want to lose money that could be earned from the Raven Team Leader, so they would definitely add the item to the shop once more before the end of this season.
On the other hand, if the outfit is not exclusive, they will still release it at the end of this month so that people will buy it, and after the season ends, they may add it permanently to the shop.
