It is now reported that Elon Musk wanted his avatar to be included in the game. However, there is no Elon Musk gun-wielding cameo in a Cyberpunk 2077. While his then-partner Grimes was recording her part in the game as Lizzy Wizzy, he turned up with an antique firearm and “insisted” on being in the game. It was reported some other character was in the game, which looked like the Tesla CEO.

Walter Isaacson’s new biography of Elon Musk revealed how the Billionaire wanted to show his love for sci-fi and video games and wanted to be a part of Cyberpunk 2077. When his ex-girlfriend, Grimes, was recording her voiceover for a character in the game, Musk showed up at the studio holding a “two-hundred-year-old” gun asking for his cameo in the game.
While Grimes was recording, Elon Musk showed up at the game’s developer, CD Projekt Red studio, and insisted that the makers should give him a cameo. “The studio guys were like sweating,” Musk’s ex-girlfriend Grimes reveals in the biography. However, Elon Musk believed that he was armed but not dangerous, according to the biography.
Did Elon Musk Appear in A Cameo For Cyberpunk 2077?
It was reported that Elon Musk alluded to a collaboration between him and Cyberpunk 2077 in 2019. As the game was released in December 2020, many noticed a character who seemingly looked like the Tesla CEO. However, a CD Projekt Red representative confirmed that it was not Elon Musk.
The tweet by the Tesla CEO weighed on the theory of a corporate orderly character who looked suspiciously like Elon Musk appeared in the game.
At the beginning of the game, when the character V is selected with a corporate backstory, he is seen vomiting into a sink at a big corporation’s HQ. Suddenly, from the side, a character appears who has a striking resemblance to Elon Musk.
