Ever since Kourtney Kardashian announced her pregnancy to the world, everyone has been looking forward to the baby’s arrival.
Kourtney is finally welcoming her first baby with her husband, Travis Barker. She also has 3 children with her ex-husband, Scott Disick. Kourtney and Barker are all bubbly and excited to hold their baby in their arms. Being a mother is a different and beautiful journey for everyone, including celebrities.
Kourtney has been sharing her whole pregnancy journey with her fans over social media, and people are loving it. She announced her pregnancy to Travis at his Blink-182 concert in June 2023.
The world went gaga over the way Kourtney announced to her husband. The reactions were insane. Since then, the couple has kept the due date of the baby as a mystery. Soon enough, the mystical information about the baby’s arrival ended up as a trend on X (formerly known as Twitter).
Although, the due date of Kourtney’s baby was speculated to be around December. But the commotion started after fans noticed Travis’s abrupt return to Los Angeles. On September 1, 2023, Travis posted a cryptic message on his Instagram story with the caption “Prayer Room.” After this story, people started speculating if Kourtney was in labor or if either baby had arrived.
The Drama Surrounding the Pregnancy
The Kardashians are very well known for putting on drama now and then. Nothing in their world can be done normally. Even the pregnancy announcement. Believe it or not, Kourtney chose one of the most extra yet lovable ways to break the news of her pregnancy.
Travis was doing the Blink-182 concert in Los Angeles’ BMO Stadium in June 2022. Kourtney was there to support and cheer for her husband. Suddenly, she held up a signboard, and the crowd went crazy over the words written on it. The sign board quoted, “Travis I’m Pregnant!”
After the camera spotted Kourtney, the band members of Travis tried to gain his attention to the biggest news. One of the members, Barker, said, “We’ve got an announcement that somebody’s d**k still works! Let’s hear it for Travis, somebody’s having a baby!”
Barker then made his way to hug the soon-to-be-mother and spouse of Travis, Kourtney.
Both celebrities posted the video of this cute moment on their Instagram accounts. The video shows the emotions of both soon-to-be parents. On one hand, Kourtney was excited and was jumping around, and Travis was shocked and overwhelmed with the good news.
Kourtney also revealed that the idea of revealing the news was a recreation of a stunt from the song “All The Small Things,” released in 1999. The song had the same type of signboard and, shockingly, the same scribble on it. Perfect, isn’t it?
Their story seems so dreamy and ideal. But, what is more perfect is that the couple tied themselves in the oaths of marriage three times. Kourtney, who was disheartened after abandoning the IVF treatment for the baby, finally got the good news.
Did Kourtney Have Her Baby?
The couple never officially revealed the due date for their first child together. They kept the arrival date very secretive. However, there are a few speculations that mention that the due date is around December. But all the patience left the chat when Travis posted a cryptic story on his Instagram.
Travis posted a story with a picture of “Prayer Room” on 1 September 2023. It is also reported that the celebrity is returning to LA after a family emergency. People on Twitter and Instagram speculated that the emergency must be related to Kourtney. Could Kourtney be in labor now? Or maybe the baby is already here. But nothing is confirmed about the labor or birth of the child.
