When Love Island Games was announced, many wondered who the participants would be, but Peacock confirmed it would bring the contestants from the original Love Island reality TV series.
However, the contestants ranged from Love Island UK to Love Island Germany, so there was a lot of anticipation from the fans, and it did not disappoint, especially with Ray and Imani’s love story.
Imani Ayan, who came from Love Island season 5, and Ray Gantt, who had previously been on Love Island season 1, wanted to test their romantic journey in this new spinoff, and each chose the other on the first day.
In fact, Imani was happy to pick Ray as her first choice, and they had terrific chemistry together despite going on and off due to the game’s rules.
While Imani had to leave him and get coupled with Johnny, Lisa, Mike, and Eyal, Ray also changed his partner to Jessica and Cely. However, the power couple got together once more, showcasing their love for each other.

Today (November 20, 2023, Imani Ayan uploaded a YouTube video on her official channel with 1900 subscribers and revealed that she is currently single and happy, looking for more beginnings and opportunities.
When asked about who her top three contestants were, she stated,
“So, after the competition, my top three were Jack, Curtis, and Toby. Then Ray made it unknown that he was filling me, and I respected that. In the first three weeks, people brought up the subject that I loved him. If you believe that, then you just don’t know me.”
While Imani made it clear that she only saw Ray as a contestant and that their relationship was nothing serious, Ray hasn’t posted anything about her yet.
Nonetheless, we can conclude that Ray and Imani are not dating each other following their incredible run in Love Island Games.
