When Triple H took over as the WWE’s Chief Content Officer last year, everyone heaved a sigh of relief. He has undeniably done a great job with the matches, even though some matchups have made people displeased- like the one between Omos and Brock Lesnar.
However, one thing will instantly make viewers be entirely on his side again- if he reunites The Popular Tag team. All rumors hint at the fact that it might finally be happening in WrestleMania 39 on this week’s RAW.
Triple H, WWE’s Chief Content Officer, will bring back Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano, the popular tag team, on WWE RAW. The duo had an epic feud, and even though they made their peace, it hasn’t been the same. Now, WWE is promoting their reunion, and even Ciampa is blatantly hinting at such on his social media.
Will Triple H Finally Reunite with the Popular Tag Team?
Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano, the popular tag team, were underdogs who got into NXT, won those titles, and then over time, split up and had an epic feud. Their rivalry was the stuff of legends.
The two of them have since made their peace, but they still seemed distant on NXT. However, this has only made fans want them to reunite on the WWE’s main roster. It looks like that’s going to happen after all.
Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa, and the promotion, have been hinting at that for months. So Triple H might have made this DIY reunion finally happen. WWE aired snippets where Gargano teased the return of someone alongside his family in The Way.
But Candice LeRae was apprehensive about that person. This could hint that it is Ciampa because of Gargano’s previous feud with him. Ciampa, too, has been posting a lot about it on his social media. He has posted pics of putting up flyers to ‘find’ Johnny.
That’s not all. He even went around asking superstars like Matt Riddle where Johnny might be. Gargano will now have to find his way to the red brand, which might happen in the next RAW episode.
Nothing has been confirmed yet, but it’s clear that sooner rather than later, Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa of the famous tag team will come together. However, the question remains whether they will be a part of The Way or if only Gargano and Ciampa will team up.
Regardless, it will be an interesting matchup to witness. However, this isn’t the only beloved team that Triple H has brought back together.
Triple H Brought Back The Hurt Business
The Hurt Business was formed three years ago, in 2020, after Bobby Lashley and MVP came together. Soon, Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin joined the gang. Initially, the team had significant success, and all got gold tied around their waists.
However, all this was quite some time ago, and they were separated for quite a while. But Triple H brought them together. MVP has been crediting himself for reuniting Alexander and Benjamin and bringing back The All Mighty on RAW after they got suspended. But now there’s a new Hurt Business.
These are just some of the legends Triple H has brought back. When he was scheduled to take over the WWE’s Chief Content Officer job, he began talking with the talents of WWE’s past who had either been released or didn’t re-sign with the company.
His efforts have paid off because many of his decisions have been met with applause.
What are your thoughts on the upcoming reunion of Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano, the popular tag team?
Would you like to see them back together? Do you think they will be a part of a new and improved The Way? Or will they do their own thing separately?
