Among his new endeavors, docuseries, and docudramas focusing on bridging divides will also be included. He will remain in association with NBS and coach colleagues in the 2024 campaign season and beyond.
Todd might have announced his leave from Meet the Press, but it wasn’t his last time on the show. He would be stepping down by the end of summer, so Todd still has some time left to bid his audience goodbye.

Who Will Be the New Host of Meet the Press?
As Chuck Todd is prepared to leave Meet the Press, his position as the host will be transferred to Kristen Welker, 46 years old chief White House correspondent. She had served as a fill-in for Todd on various occasions and was praised for her work ethic.
Her moderation of the final debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden in 2020 drew the attention of many viewers to her. She has been with NBC since 2011, and according to Blumenstein, “sharp questioning of lawmakers is a masterclass in political interviews.”
Welker will be walking right into another presidential election cycle as the transition is set to take place in September.
