He captioned it as:

Rachelle has been a practicing nurse for over eight years and has registered as one for more than thirteen years. Apart from this, she specializes in Lasers, Botox, and Micro-Needling after completing training for this from a Newport Beach Medspa.
She has also been an entrepreneur since, as per her Instagram page, she founded @ceo2health and @revive_and_rejuvenate.
However, some of his fans think Kim is still single since he hasn’t posted much indicating he is dating Rachelle apart from that shoutout video. Also, conversely, she hasn’t posted about him as well.
But there’s a curious rumor among his fanbase that he is dating a Russian woman. Once, Roseanne Barr asked him on her show (via Vizaca), “What’s it like to have a Russian girlfriend?”
To this, Kim replied,
“She is so amazing. Like how… She is good at mental math. She is really good at figuring out how much the tip should be. Usually 0.”
This could be just him joking and playing along with Barr’s comments. Otherwise, if he is dating a Russian woman, he hasn’t revealed her name or any other details.
