The Rainbow Six Siege Y8S3: Operation Heavy Mettle will be released on August 29, 2023. The time of release will vary from one country to the other. For example, In LA (USA), it will be released at 6 A.M., while it will be released in Tokyo, Japan, at 10 P.M.

Rainbow Six Siege Y8S3: Operation Heavy Mettle will be released soon. It will be coming out on August 29, 2023.

The New R6 comes with a lot of changes. Here are some of the most important ones:
- Player Commendation: A fresh system that will let you tell your teammates they have done an excellent job. You can use it to raise the morale of your team.
- Frost: A trap operator. So, if you step on one, you will get knocked down. However, unlike in the past, where you would get severely hurt if you stepped on it, this is a step-down.
- Quick Match 2.0: As the name says, you can play fast and casual matches.
- Ram: An operator with the BU-GI Auto Breacher. This deployable mini tank will leave a path of destruction in its wake.
- Headshot modifier: A pellet with this feature will deal 1.5x the damage after its range modifier.
Shotgun changes are expected as well. It has been rumored that every type of shotgun except ACS12, BOSG 12, and TCSG12 will have the below changes.
Ranges will come in 3 stages:
- 0-5 meters: Each of the pellets will deal 100% of the base damage.
- 6-10 meters: Each bullet will deliver a total of 75% of the base damage.
- 13 meters and more: Each pellet will provide about 45% of the base damage.
Rainbow Six Siege’s latest season will come with plenty more balance adjustments. So, you will see more changes in gadgets, operators, weapons, etc.
