Although leveling up your character endlessly sounds nice, the game actually has a level cap, which, once you reach it, will cease the character from evolving further.

In Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, players can only level up their character until Level 60. However, even if you’ve reached the maximum level cap, it won’t stay there forever.

The game will eventually increase it and add new perks with more updates. So, you can rest assured and focus on leveling up your character swiftly for the time being.

How To Level Up Fast in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty?

Just 1 more day until @CyberpunkGame Phantom Liberty goes live, but until then we’re gonna level up our new Character! #Cyberpunk2077 #twitch #twitchstreamer #gamer #gaming pic.twitter.com/QsEVkumeJg

Before we delve into the essentials of leveling up the character, keep in mind that players can get XP in two types: Level XP and Skill XP. So, here are a few ways you can level up your character faster than others in the game.

#1 Switching to Easy Mode

This option is mostly overlooked but is the first tip you would need in Cyberpunk 2077. Since all jobs and gigs will provide you a fixed amount of XP regardless of the difficulty, you can switch the game to easy mode from the gameplay settings.

The only drawback you will face by using this mode is that the game gets increasingly easier, and the challenges you face may not provide you with the best experience the game has to offer.

#2 Complete as Many NCPD Scanner Hustles as Possible

NCPD Scanner Hustles are quite abundant in Cyberpunk 2077 and are a fantastic way to grind the XP if you either want to save the main jobs for later or have already completed them.

These hustles are scattered across the map and represented by light blue icons. Since they are also relatively easy as they involve only a few threats, it often varies as you also have to confront a large number of enemies from time to time.

#3 Finish Side Gigs, Jobs, and Chain Missions

Even if you have attempted all the above-recommended steps, ignoring your side gigs, jobs, and chain missions can severely impact your leveling speed. After all, the main jobs can offer you XP that can skip an entire level with ease.

While the main jobs involve something like a main story quest, the side gigs are relatively easy as they usually include deliveries, assassinating a group of nobodies, and assisting someone in need.

So glad they managed to get Keanu back for Phantom Liberty, Missed his character so much 🥹

Chain Missions are of utmost importance in Cyberpunk 2077 if you’re planning to level up your character faster. These missions usually connect with the previous one and won’t provide you with the complete XP until you finish the entire job.

Other than these, you can also level up your skills by constantly using them to get some decent XP and craft a lot of materials to gain additional XP.
