Just like Zom 100, My Unique Skill also shows the debilitating conditions of a black company. However, unlike Akira from Zom 100, Ryota could not escape from the hellhole alive. He was reincarnated into the isekai world after he died of overwork.

A young adventurer, Emily, kills a slime in a dungeon, hoping that it will drop bean sprouts for her to eat or sell. However, after killing it, the slime drops a human named Ryouta. Emily teaches Ryouta that in this world, everything is obtained by killing monsters in dungeons, from vegetables and meat to air, minerals, and even water.
Ryouta possesses an S-level Drop skill, due to which he can get higher quality and quantity of drops despite being at Level 1. Emily helps Ryouta understand everything and gives him soup and a bamboo weapon. As thanks, Ryouta hunts slimes day and night to return the kindness and is finally able to rent a small house that he gifts to Emily.
Both begin living together, and Ryouta goes out to hunt monsters and provide for them. However, a new dungeon named Nihonium opens, and Ryouta can finally increase his other stats. Soon, he becomes more and more powerful, but strange adventurers and monsters await him.

The first full trailer shows a cute interaction between Emily and Ryouta, along with Ryoutaโs strategy to level up and earn money. He works day in and out to provide for himself and Emily. Another character who looks like a bunny girl is also introduced.
The second trailer shows the deplorable conditions that Ryouta had to face in his previous life. He was a black company employee and had to do countless unpaid overtime hours until his body gave up. However, in the new world, he gets a new chance with a cheat skill that helps him earn money and level up quicker than others. The video also previews the opening and ending themes of the anime.
