What Is the Star Plasma Vessel?
Star Plasma Vessels are young women who possess the potential to refresh Tengen’s immortality by merging with them. Tengen’s innate technique is immortality; however, it does not let the user escape from the physical changes that aging brings. Thus, the technique requires a change of bodies by undergoing an evolution.
Every 500 years, Tengen has to merge with a suitable vessel to rewrite the body’s information. The latest Plasma Vessel was Riko, who was killed, thus preventing the merge.
Tengen’s aging will be accelerated due to the absence of the vessel, and their self-awareness will be diminished. After 11 years, anyone other than a Star Plasma Vessel would be able to merge with Tengen. However, this evolution will bring Tengen closer to a cursed spirit than a human.
