As of February 18, 2024, Cain is in good health and continues hosting without interruptions.

Since joining Fox News in August 2020, Will Cain has become a prominent figure within the network. He co-hosts the beloved FOX & Friends Weekend show, airing Saturdays and Sundays from 6-10 AM/ET. 

Alongside co-hosts Pete Hegseth and Rachel Campos-Duffy, Cain leads the weekend version of the highly-rated morning show on cable news.

Cain’s influence extends beyond television, as he also hosts The Will Cain Podcast on FOX News Audio. This podcast uniquely merges the worlds of news and sports, offering listeners a fresh perspective on current events with a spotlight on interaction.

So, yes, Will Cain is still with Fox. His latest episode of The Will Cain Show was uploaded on February 16, 2024, titled “Cain On Sports: Brady versus Mahomes?” He hasn’t shown any indication of leaving the network, and neither has Fox. 

Also, viewers and fans can rest easy because nothing has happened to Will Cain. At the time of writing on February 18, 2024, he appeared to be in good health and wasn’t missing episodes of the shows he hosts.
