A fan’s worst nightmare is listening to their artist’s song and coming across news of their sudden demise.
Casino Jizzle was considered the rising star in the Hiphop world, representing his hometown Memphis. He started his musical journey with humble beginnings and worked his way up as an independent artist, signed with the music label WORLDSTARHIPHOP.
Since then, he has only delivered bops and always referenced his neighborhood. The Memphis rapper amassed clout that is quite rare for an independent artist, boasting about 10 million streams on Apple Music and over 46 million views on his music videos. Unlike other rising rappers, his fan following stems from his loyalty to his roots, not being a sell-out.
We Da Opps was one such song that was his ride to fame. He continued to churn out hit-after-hit with City Girls, Message, Thunder, No Chorus, 40 Bars, 4x4Real, Discriminate, and more.
Moreover, fans were more excited about his new album DUH, which he was going to release on July 7.
But the rising star’s journey came to an abrupt end on one ill-fated day.
