Simulation games are a great escape from your mundane chores. Ironically, we play these games where we are supposed to farm, cook, clean, run a business, groom, and whatnot. So basically, we are escaping reality to simulate the realism in games… Tongue-in-cheek

Among this plethora of games, ‘My Singing Monsters’ is not your ordinary virtual parallel universe. It subverts the trope by introducing a creative way to juxtapose monsters and music.

One has to collect and breed monsters that have an assigned musical line. These monsters can either sing or play an instrument, and you can mix and match them to create your own song.

From all these collectibles, Clavavera has quickly become one of the most sought-after monsters with a unique musical line.

What Is Clavavera?

Clavavera…someone is coming up behind you…

It's none other than your elegant and exquisite Cousin, Rare Clavavera!! Why not give it a minute in the spotlight🌟

This seasonal monster appears to be inspired by the Día de Muertos or Día de los Muertos (or Day of the Dead), an auspicious festival in Mexico. You can get an insight with the 2017 Disney flick Coco.

Their appearance is a reflection of La Catrina. It has a portmanteau of the instrument ‘claves,’ which is a pair of thick wooden sticks that produces a ‘clack’ noise.

Pertaining to the significance of this festival, Clavavera can perceive all those in their vicinity to interact with ancestor Monsters in earlier eras. In the ‘My Singing Monsters’ universe, Beat Hereafter is a seasonal element that can be manifested in Bone Island.

Clavavera was added alongside Rare Yugler in Version 3.3.2 on October 27, 2021.

When Is Clavavera Available?

Since it is a seasonal monster, its availability is slightly scarce. As these monsters are specific to Bone Island, their availability can be marked between September 1- September 8.

Once the Clavevera is fed to level 15, it can be teleported to Seasonal Shanty, where it can be bred anytime.

How to Breed Clavavera?

The best way to breed Clavavera is by two methods:

  • In Bone Island, you can match Withur and Clackula.
  • In seasonal Shanty, you can use Punkleton and Schmoochle.

You may not get to breed on the first try itself. Try multiple times to nail the combo. Once you get it right, you will get the peculiar musical note, which is quite melodious, to be honest.

How Long Does It Take to Breed Clavavera?

It takes an estimated 22 hours and 11 minutes to breed a Clavavera. However, they don’t have a high coin production. Yet, the melodious tune is worth breeding a Clavavera.

You can also upgrade a version with Rare Clavavera using Clavavera and Monculous in Bone Island. It has decent coin production, but the availability is rare. Its breeding time is estimated at 1 Day, 7 hours, 45 mins.

What do you think about this monster? Do you think they produce a good acoustics? Let us know in the comments section below.
