Billy Miller was born on September 17, 1979, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and grew up in Grand Prairie, Texas. Billy was officially known as William John Miller II, who is a prominent American actor. He gained recognition for his award-winning portrayal of Billy Abbott on “The Young and the Restless” and his dual roles as Jason Morgan and Drew Cain on “General Hospital.”
