The glamour world is so blinding that sometimes, common people feel like there is nothing wrong with the people on the screen.
But, besides these big screens lies the realm of reality, just like us. It was like yesterday when fans were cheering and chatting about “90 Day Fiancé” star Paul Staehle.
Paul’s wife, Karine Martins, informed the fans on 1st September 2023 that Paul had gone missing after leaving some alarming text to her. Karine posted on Instagram with a caption stating that she and the rest of the family had not been in touch with Paul for a few days. The star’s absence is now linked with his death after his prolonged absence till today. To specify, the star has been missing since 31st August 2023, but nothing more has been confirmed till now.
Who Is Paul Staehle?
Paul Staehle has been known ever since he was cast in the hit TV reality show “90 Day Fiancé”. Paul and his relationship with his wife Karine Martins was adored by the viewers of the show. Karine Martins and Paul Staehle met online and soon tied the knot with each other in the year 2017. Ever since, both shared a strong and beautiful bond.
Paul found his true love, Karine, when he decided to look for it beyond the boundaries. Soon enough, he found his girl, who belongs to Brazil. Paul once remarked, “I haven’t had the best of luck in past relationships here locally, I’ve been betrayed. I’ve experienced unfaithful girlfriends — a lot of negative, chaotic things. Being burned that many times definitely affects anybody.”
In the year 2019, Paul and Karine welcomed their first baby, Pierre. The arrival of the baby boy filled the star with joy and a sense of nervousness. Paul remarked, “I’m very happy, very excited, I’m also very nervous and want to do everything the best that I can and do everything right.” The fans were in awe of this beautiful, sweet family.
But not everything works like a fairy tale. The marriage of both soon went through some rocky times. Cheating, abuse, and domestic violence, such claims were made by both parties. But everything settled down through the efforts of both. Soon, they welcomed their second son in 2021, Ethan. However, bad luck seems to chase the family, to break apart.
The Story of Missing Paul
On 1st September 2023, Karine shared a post to her Instagram, letting the world know about the mishap. She mentioned that neither she nor Paul’s mother had any information about him. He has not been in touch since 31st August 2023. She wrote, “Paul went missing last night in Brazil. Prayers he is found safe.”
Karine further explained, “Hello everyone I can’t give much information because we don’t have anything concrete to tell we are looking to find out where Paul is”. She also added that they have to wait for some moments before contacting the police. Furthermore, she said that this was not a joke and she was lost as well before she got a message.
Apparently, the message was from one of Paul’s friends, Edna. She was the one who was in connection with Paul before he went missing. The friend shared a chat with the star in his Instagram story. The content of the chat raised chills and concern among the fans. The chat mentioned –
“Paul: I got lost
Edna: Who are you with and how did you get lost
Paul: I f—ked up i fugkrd up bad [sic]
Edna: You seem to not be being as careful and cautious as before. How? Can Izzy or Aunt help you? How did you F up? Who are you with?
Paul: Contact them I need help
Edna: Who? And why don’t you???
Paul: I am trying to
Edna: You need to NOW
Paul: I need a boat to get back
Edna: They can’t get you a boat and why would you go there alone that was very stupid
Paul: Mom my phone will die My gps will go awayv [sic]
Edna: Call them now!!!
Paul: You Please
Edna: Who are you with?
Paul: Alone
Edna: Sorry I messaged you , bad timing again …
Paul: Call them i need a boat [location sharing ended]
Edna: Tried all those names, no answer, left messages.”
This is not the first time Paul has gone missing. Apparently, in July 2022, he went missing along with his older son. But, after a week, he returned safely along with the child. But, talking about the current situation, there are no further updates and no further confirmation. We are praying for the safe return of the star.
