The 64-year-old mega pop star was set to perform for her 84-dates tour, starting next month in Vancouver, followed by Europe on October 13, then returning to North America tour on December 13, while the tour runs through January 30, 2024.

Why Was Madonna in ICU? What Is Madonna Hospitalized For?
She was diagnosed with contracting a serious bacterial infection. She was intubated for a day and placed under constant monitoring. She spent a couple of days in the Intensive Care Unit. The tubes were removed once her vitals were stable. But she was advised to be monitored for a few more days before her full recovery. Since then, she is said to be recovering at a steady rate.
According to US media reports, she might be receiving treatment at a New York City hospital.
Did Madonna Really Die?
Madonna is not dead. She is getting the necessary treatment and is on the road to recovery. As for her latest tour, her manager has specified that a few dates might be canceled or postponed depending on Madonna’s health. She was reportedly practicing for long hours per day for the tour.
Even though there is no definitive cause for her severe infection, some netizens commented on how her invasive anti-aging procedures could have led to this condition. At the same time, some (anti-vaxxers) implied that she contracted the infection because of Covid vaccination.
However, these are just speculations. Nothing is confirmed yet. Although we are wishing her a speedy recovery.
Just a few months back, Madonna was also targeted for a death hoax when someone on TikTok posted that she had passed away as an April Fool’s joke. But soon, these rumors were debunked. Well, that’s a typical day on TikTok anyway.
Madonna was truly excited about her tour next month, as she told Page Six in January–
“I am excited to explore as many songs as possible in hopes to give my fans the show they have been waiting for.”
