Nick Cannon is an actor/comedian/host who is famous as a producer for the hit show Wild ‘n Out. But there is one peculiar reason why he is known globally– since Father’s Day is in a couple of days, we extend hearty wishes to the “father of the millennium!”

Nick Cannon has a total of 12 children from 6 different partners. Nine of them were brought into this world in a span of two years. He was married to a famous singer, Mariah Carey, between 2008 to 2016.

Nevertheless, he is an entertainer, as he appeared on the hit sketch show Real Husbands of Hollywood alongside Kevin Hart.

Real Husbands of Hollywood is a parody of the Real Housewives series. Kevin Hart is the producer of the show where a camera crew follows his life along with other Hollywood husbands, where they all play a version of themselves, although it was all fictional.

Nick Cannon was also a part of the cast as he was then married to Mariah Carey.

In one of the episodes, Nick Cannon announces that he is hospitalized following his diagnosis of kidney failure. Kevin thinks that Nick is hanging by the last straw to do anything for attention. But Kevin hatches his own plan for publicity by using Nick’s disorder as a way to gain sympathy for himself.

Kevin, with three other cast members, Boris, Nell, and Duane, appears in the fictionalized version of “The Doctors.” The four friends gather to determine who will be the one to donate their kidney to Cannon. But each is hiding their own selfish motives, like Boris wants to promote his cult, and Kevin wants to get close to Cannon’s wife, Mariah. He even gives a shout-out to Mariah on the live show saying, if anything happens to Nick, “You might lose a Cannon, but you will gain a Hart.”

The doctor announces that one of them is a perfect match to donate their kidney. All four wait with bated breath, and the doctor says it’s Kevin!

All four jump out in joy, only Kevin realizes a bit late that he has pledged his kidney and straight up passes out on the live show.

Why Is It Trending Now on TikTok?

Real Husbands of Hollywood is a funny show on BET, where they turn real-life occurrences into humorous sketches. Nick does have lupus nephritis, but they used his disorder as a schtick in the episode.

It is now trending on TikTok following the arrival of Nick Cannon’s 12th child last December. It’s just a trend reminiscing on the funny show and how they parodied some of the real husbands in Hollywood.
