The Sun reported that Terror Squad rapper Raul Conde passed away at 52 years of age after suffering from a heart attack. His son announced his passing on November 22.
But many aren’t sure if that’s the reason. There are rumors that he was battling an undisclosed chronic illness for a long time and passed away as a result of it.
FAT Joe, who was a member of the Terror Squad, has shared a tribute online after Conde’s passing, saying:
“My Day 1: how can a man love another man more than your own biological family. You are 1 of 1 the most loyal EVER. We did it since kids we did everything we dreamed of. I love you with every fiber in my body.”
Furthermore, he expressed his desires with sadness:
“I thought we’d get old together and look back at the times we had and laugh. No one understood me like you, you were God sent my brother I wish I could get one last talk with you.”
In the end, he paid his respects and wrote:
“My Condolences to the CONDE FAMILY ty for letting us have RAUL for all these years I can tell you not a moment in my life I won’t love and cherish every minute every second I’ve had with RAUL.”
Apart from FAT Joe, DJ Khaled also posted a kind tribute to Raul Conde. He posted on Instagram:

Who Was Raul Conde?
Born in The Bronx, NY, on July 29, 1971, Raul Conde was a media personality and a rapper. In 1988, Conde became a part of Fat Joe’s Terror Squad record label.
Along with his songs, he gained popularity when he directed the 2004 track “Lean Back” from the True Story album.
The track received a Viewer’s Choice BET Award nomination as well as a Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group Grammy nomination.
FAT Joe has credited Raul for saving his life after he was approached by a local in 1998 after their Bridgeport, Connecticut concert.
He has appeared in other projects like 2017’s Unsung, and 2016’s Inside the Label, both documentaries.
But he didn’t stop with just being involved in the music industry. In 2021, he became an ordained minister who could conduct marriages as part of the Church for All People.
Raul has been in a relationship with Erica Mena since 2000. The duo welcomed King Javien Conde, their son, in 2007. Conde has also appeared in the ‘Kourtney and Kim Take Miami reality show.
