Hence, it is not entirely impossible that Namjoon may have received his Hogwarts letter.
And just then, the hawkeyed ARMYs strike again.
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is the perfect example to understand the dynamics between BTS members. Just like the movie, the seven guys will hash it out, even if the stakes are just $5 coupons. The boys are pitted against each other in their game variety show Run BTS. Speaking of the movie, some ARMYs spotted a rather uncanny easter egg.
In the Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire movie, the rumors suggest that you can see a young Kim Namjoon for a brief second in the background playing a violin. The striking resemblance of the background character to BTS’s leader convinced a few fans that Kim Namjoon was cast as an extra in the movie. However, the rumors have been debunked against the viral clip. It is not BTS Namjoon in the film but an actor named Brett Yang .

Did BTS Kim Namjoon, aka RM, Appear in Harry Potter?
Kim Namjoon, aka RM, did not appear in the Harry Potter franchise. The clip shows a boy playing a violin during the Yule dance scene who looks a lot like a young Namjoon. However, it was later proved that the boy was played by Brett Yang.
Yang was a member of the 2005 Sydney Orchestra. But most of us internet bugs know him as one-half of the talented violist duo, who also runs a YouTube channel, TwoSetViolin.
Their channel usually uploads react videos where Brett Yang and partner Eddy Chen judge people playing violins. Plus, being skilled violinists, they hold tours across the country.
Regardless, the rumors are debunked that Namjoon was in Harry Potter. But the Wildflower singer has always expressed his admiration for the franchise. And RM might be the only person alive who can shut up Malfoy–
These rumors may be coping mechanisms for ARMYs in all fun, considering there is speculation that Kim Namjoon might be next to enlist in the mandatory military service after Jhope. After his adorable V-lives, fans are emotional over the leader’s last few days before his service. This rumor brought much-needed light-hearted relief.
