In 2021, Khaby surpassed the second-most followed TikToker, Addison Rae, and was a step behind in the top race. By August of 2021, Khaby was cast as the co-star for Juventus F.C.’s announcement of Manuel Locatelli.
Khaby was invited to attend the Venice Film Festival in the special guest category. He was invited for the French film Lost Illusions by Xavier Giannoli. Khaby then signed a partnership with Hugo Boss and was the face of the campaign #BeYourOwnBoss.
