Vox, the ninth episode of Season 3 of Star Trek: Picard, revived a vintage starship of the franchise while posing some doubts about another.

Is the Enterprise-E Still in Service During Picard?
Ahead of the premiere of Star Trek: Picard Season 3, Paramount+ made some personnel records from the Titan’s computer available, detailing the activities of the Enterprise personnel since Star Trek: Nemesis.
After his brief period in diplomacy, Worf returned to service in Starfleet full-time and eventually rose to the rank of Captain.
Although the narrative stops short of categorically stating that Worf did indeed become the Enterprise’s Captain, as depicted in the Star Trek: Picard novel The Last Best Hope, it does indicate that he remained to serve aboard the Enterprise-E.
So yes, one might argue that Enterprise-E was still in service during Picard.
What Happened with the Enterprise-E in Season 3 of Star Trek: Picard?
The allies of Captain Worf (Michael Dorn) cast accusing glances at Geordi as he regretted that it was a shame they couldn’t use the E and its better weapons systems to combat the Borgified Starfleet.
Worf replied in a defensive manner by claiming that he was not to blame for what happened. Star Trek: First Contact introduces the Sovereign Class USS Enterprise-E, which was built particularly to take on the Borg.
So what exactly happened?
Enterprise-E had “many Captains,” but Star Trek: Picard season 3 clarifies that Worf took Picard’s place as the ship’s Captain. Well, we’re not sure either what truly transpired to the Enterprise-E, but we do have some interesting facts and leads for you!
The aforementioned file states that Worf’s time back onboard with the Enterprise-E was “brief” as he left following “the incident above Kriilar Prime.” There were no more details in the file, but one has to assume that whatever happened during the event is the reason why the Enterprise crew is currently without access to the Enterprise-E.

When Did Picard Get the Enterprise-E?
In Star Trek: Insurrection and Star Trek: Nemesis, Captain Picard was in charge of the Enterprise-E.
According to the narrative of Star Trek: Picard season 1, Picard left the Enterprise-E in the 2380s after being appointed Admiral and charged with organizing the Federation’s efforts to prevent the Romulan people from experiencing a supernova.
Is There an Enterprise-F?
Patrick Stewart hinted at “multiple Enterprises” when promoting the third season of Star Trek: Picard.
The USS Enterprise-F made its debut in the trailers, and Captain Jonathan Archer’s remodeled NX-01 Enterprise from Star Trek: Enterprise was also featured in Star Trek: Picard season 3, episode 6, “The Bounty,” which also featured two additional Enterprises at the Fleet Museum.
So yes, there is indeed an Enterprise-F.
Was the Enterprise-C Destroyed?
If the Enterprise-C had been destroyed while assisting the Klingon outpost, it would have been seen as a heroic deed, possibly preventing the ongoing conflict with the Klingons. Knowing this, Picard makes the terrible decision to send the USS Enterprise-C back through the time rift to meet its awful end.
After responding to a distress call from the Klingon outpost on Narendra III and engaging three Romulan warbirds that were attacking, the tragic but memorable ship was lost with all crew members on board sometime in 2344.
This heroism helped to further cement the two governments’ developing trust in one another.
