Due to that much history, coupled with the importance of Wanda's Phase 4 role, Marvel toyed with multiple ideas and concepts for her first official Scarlet Witch costume.
Marvel's WandaVision: The Art of the Series book, via Twitter user @Ben83363632, has shared several Scarlet Witch costumes that were designed during the show's development.
All four of these concepts reflect the lattice-style neckline of Elizabeth Olsen's final Scarlet Witch costume.
The first is strikingly similar to Wanda's comic-accurate crown that fans saw her wear in the WandaVision Halloween special.
The second photo over shows a crown made of chaos magic, similar to what is shown in the series.
The last batch of designs focus on Wanda’s full costume, both with and without the crown.
It's interesting to see that a hood was considered at one point, and the bottom right photo shows a fuller skirt, additional layers, and a cape that's surprisingly similar to Agatha Harkness' final costume design.
