Fairy Tail’s Hiro Mashima Plays Gartic Phone With Other Popular-Manga Artists On Live Stream

Hiro Mashima, the creator of the popular Manga series, Fairy Tale, teamed up with his fellow Big-name manga creators to play and stream the Gartic Phone illustration Telephone game and die-hard fans flocked his Youtube live stream.

With over 26,000 views, the live stream saw the participation of creators like Miki Yoshikawa, the creator of A Couple of Cuckoos, Girlfriend, Girlfriend’s Hiroyuki, Hajime no Ippo’s George Morikawa, Made in Abyss’ Akihito Tsukushi, and a relatively new artist Yuuki Asakiri.

Gartic Phone, quite popular among artists and creators alike, is an online browser-based illustration game that combines the elements of Pictionary and a Telephone game.

In the game, artists are supposed to draw an illustration based on a sentence prompt, while the next player has to guess the sentence. Thus adding to the fun.

The live stream scheduled for Monday, September 19th at 09:00 pm JST on Hiro Mashima’s Youtube channel is still up, and the comments are stacking in every minute.
